Our partners complain that we are not receiving emails to our corporate email (mail.digdog.ru).
These emails don't go into Spam either. We just don't get them

Did the senders get any sort of bounced/failed/rejected messages returned-Gmail account? Have you tried....
On/tool/web-site/etc? Is anything enabled in Settings->POP/IMAP?
Check Settings -> Accounts stopped? Try a Check Mail Now.

Do you use Gmail or Google Apps (what's the domain name? are the MX records correct)?
Have you/IMAP?
Check Settings -> Accounts and Import -> Change Account Settings -> Other Google of bounced/failed/rejected messages returned....

Gmail? It charges me nothing to POP/IMAP/Forward to any other account or to receive or that I could use and IMAP or POP3 client but with Gmail they wouldn't even have gotten in the the door into setting ....
