In the FAQ, the answer is "As soon as they're used". So, if I played United I Stand / Power Through Fear / Reanimate / Summon Horde , and then Bookmark , and then United I Stand / Power Through Fear / Reanimate / Summon Horde again, I can gain the effects...

Such an amazing improvement from Fear 1 and the expansions. Really love the game so far Not as scary as FEAR 1 though, but still very good.

I love the tone and feel of this game, but the combat is bringing me down man... Enemies take a million hits, the guns miss allot even when your aiming perfectly.( I am amazing at shooting mechanics in games, I dont suck)
