This is a question for both non-smokers and smokers.
What would a smoker accept as a form of communication between their self and a non-smoker on balconies next to each other?
Both have rights - is there a way something could be worked...

First, you can apply to have the feedback removed on the grounds of defamation - there's some forms to fill (which needs to be witnessed by a JP), which have to be sent to eBay... .
You do have some options here, but it takes a little time and committment .
