Building a computer is pretty much HowStuffWorks or Instructibles.
However, it was posted in mid 2010 and some of the parts might not be available / be more expensive nowadays .

I have a Dell from around 2006 and its just starting to run really slow. Startup takes 15 minutes, programs take a while to load. Once the programs do load though it works pretty decent. I don't have the money for a new...
