Hey so I made a previous post with the same problem, but figured out it was freezing not crashing (i guess) but i still have the problem with the computer not responding at all i see the mouse move with the loading circle but no response, i have restarted...

There are online options like copilot which I have used but even those simple steps can be difficult to accomplish with computer phobic relatives.

This has never happened to me before, but this started to happen a lot more often.
When shutting down my computer or restarting, my computer freezes. It freezes down on the Shutting down page. The only way to shut down my computer is a hard shutdown.
