Fixing computer problems from distance Hi there My sister lives 3000km away from me and her computer is freezing from to to time without any pattern. Is there any tool or software that scans all computer hardware for problems? The Ubuntu forums are particularly good at having resolutions to problems you may face. In both cases, I was able to solve the problem with enough googling...
