Why big companies and even US government still have Internet Explorer 6 as their recommended browser? I'm working at Cisco Systems and their recommended browser is IE6 which makes my life, as a web developer, miserable. I have to spend three times more...

To resolve this issue, configure Internet Explorer to increase the Send buffer when communicating.
Buffer is 8 kilobytes (KB), and therefore Internet Explorer supplies the data in 8 KB chunks.

Forget that Internet Explorer comes pre-installed on the majority of computers, and many users never is holding back the internet.
