Biggest con was very weak cross the line, but doesn't seem to offer....
Updating is automatic, once you've got it all set up, so that's a pro .

Off the top of my head, Hyper-V Server does not allow for high availability (so if you want to do clustering, you need the full version of Windows, either core or full install) .
