I have no tubes these women say they were able to conceive without either tube.

In order for you to conceive, you need your fallopian tubes for the eggs to travel down, ovulate I do understand, you will need both fallopian tubes inorder to conceive.

That's the highest time of fertility but doesn't really help that much.....
You want to have se around the day you ovulate .
Pregnant, I would suggest consulting a fertility doctor to run some tests on you and your significant of your cycle.
