Of you google "concrete floor ....
If the concrete floor hasn't got a dpm then any work above isn't going to last.
You need to ensure that the concrete floor is clean, dust free with any loose bits hacked back.

I'd just paint the thing, red can right before spraying.
Be easier than removing all the parts and painting them seperately.

If prospective buyers are picky do an amazing amount to damage to the floor underneath.
