Could someone please point me to the right file to manually edit the Contact Form component in 1.7?
The word "Contact" appears on the consequtive lines, and I only want it to appear once in the Contact Form title which is not the same as the menu item...

Copy the \components\com_contact\views folder to your default template's html folder, and rename the folder com_contact (so it's templates\<yourtemplatename....
Rather than editing the core file, create a template override for your contact page.
