Assuming you have a Mac, and you're syncing MobileMe contacts to your Address Book:
Open up Address Book, highlight all your contacts, then click File > Export > Export vCard .

A SOAP API (Portable Contacts --but with the same overhead as OAuth).
It's kind of like a REST API (OAuth) vs.

Hi
I have thunderbird 3.0 with the Zindus plugin. However it seems that Zindus syncs one way.
For example I type a new email address into thunderbird and then go to my gmail account and it has no record of this contact.
So is there a plugin or some setting...

I don't know an automated tool that does....
In the right column, choose merge contacts.
This is if you remove the contacts from your Contact list then anything linked to them will be gone to the contacts that are duplicates.
