Does anyone Lakeside have experience with Shaw Direct's new DSR600 or DSR605 receivers. We want a new HD receiver and wonder if we should go with a used DSR505 or a new one.

We are sure our next door neighbors don't have Shaw the one you have and it will tell....
Apparently someone nearby has a similar remote! We are not near the receiver or remote and suddenly channels change, sometimes it's turned off.

Just got off the phone with Customer Service. Was told that Shaw is raising
the rates again (Sept 1) due to rising costs.
They just raised the rates back in April.

did the "scan for channels" thing and all that came back was fuzz and it
