Female convict attacking my male convict? they just recently had their batch of fry and i also just took them out for a water change. I put both of them in the bucket filled with their previous tank water and then i took the fry out and put them in there...

This is like when a child is injured and the parents sometimes blame... .
Sometimes it can cause the parents to abandon or even eat the fry, rather than let what they perceive as a predator eat their babies .
Disrupting the tank disrupted the pair bond too.
