We used to have this as children, I think cooked in milk. I picked some up the other day and am wondering what's the best way to cook it.. Pan fried or in milk? Or any other suggestions?

Don't you need.
They are simmering right now.
When the greens the greens are tender but still bright green, 10-15 minutes.
Add the collard greens and stir to coat with the garlic and oil.
And cook 1 minute.

Just got back from Sainsbury with fresh mackerel fillets because they were half price - sell-by date tomorrow.
Never cooked mackerel before. I'd probably just pan-fry it in 50-50 oil & butter, but has anyone got a better idea?
Thanks.

Its about moist interior too, oooer.
Its just that you cook for longer to just cook that side of the flesh.
Think the order is important (though skin first is easier) .
