I woke up feeling super skinny today even though I carbed it up like some kind of carbaholic yesterday. Here's what I had:

The biggest mistake you can make with your diet is eating more than you need for your activity who are very active that can mean eating ....
The reality is that a moderate carb diet like carb lovers means you can eat 1-3 portions of carbs.

This carb lovers meal is probably not for everybody but I really love it. It's one of my favorites and I've been eating it more lately.

Here's what I had:
meal 1 - 1 egg, 1 slice whole grain, 1 tbsp pb, 1/2 banana, 20 oz water with chia seeds and orange... .
My body wanted food for recovery I guess.
Had a killer lower body and core workout on Thursday and Tuesday so was starving yesterday .

Breakfast....
My carb lovers meals yesterday were small but I'm taking a lot of supplements right now to help my body deal with allergies so I was soooo full that it was hard to practice yoga (my stomach felt kind of bloated from the superfood powder drink) .
