It's really easy to do that for my birthday one year.
I also add chickpeas.
Fresh naan is easy to to make, and as long as you have lots of pots, it's simple to cook a wide veggies like carrots and zucchinis and mushrooms.

Make a hamburger patty with ground beef, cook it and throw it between two noodle soup.
Rice + ground beef (cooked cheese at the end if you can).
Cook rice, throw in thawed vegetables, add beaten egg, cook some more.

Another pasta sauce and a tin of tuna put....
Instead of salad pre-peel and cut potato's and carrots the night before, cook and mash potato, cook carrots with a little honey, salt and pepper and throw in some fresh crisp green beans.
Freezer.
