And what happens when all 3 of $_GET[foo], $_POST[foo] and $_COOKIE[foo] exist? Which one of them gets included to $_REQUEST?

There are some pitfalls :
data are taken from GET, POST and finally COOKIE .
$_REQUEST is only a shortcut to prevent you from testing post, get and cooking if the data can come from any of these.

I let myself have a taste of anything I really want, as long as it's tiny bit and then compensate with 1-2 Units insulin. For example sometimes I would have a bite from so else's piece of cake, 1-2 biscuits...
