Hi good day to all of you guys,
I know that many of you experience getting bored doing diets
its there someone that can give me some tips in how we not get bored in this non stop fight to ideal weight?

Then there's nothing to get bored of! My husband is a prime, snacks, lunches & dinners .
By week #2 I think we have to stop looking at it as a diet and instead make it about lifestyle changes! dont DIET, make lifestyle changes...
