I was just wondering what kind of good, frozen or pre-prepared primal foods people sometimes eat. I cook a vast majority of my own meals using fresh, whole foods....but sometimes I just absolutely DON'T feel like cooking and probably would not object ...

keep some fresh veggies cooking a big meal.
You can also buy them.
Which means larger packagesleftovers, or leftovers frozen.
We get them once a month from a frozen food delivery.

(Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
I recommend that you buy some brand name frozen pre-cooked meatballs, a jar of brand name sauce, and then cook some spaghetti noodles.
A special needs (picky eater) son as well.

Do you serve these in your house? I've only cooked them a couple of times (probably using directions on the bag) but I just can't bring myself to like them.
I just googled it and saw one poster said to cook them in a crockpot with chicken broth to cover...

To commercial canned ones too! After cooking them (Trader Joe's frozen green beans) in chicken broth with a little olive oil and garlic and, since I like spicy food, I add a little chili oil.
