Learned recently that I am allergic to tomatoes! What can I use as a substitute in cooking, if anything?

What you can do is use an Alfredo sauce on a pizza and with pasta mustard dressing and do a "white" chili recipe instead of the standard tomato based chili.
As a substitute for tomatoes.
