Needed recipe for Pork & Beans I have searched the internet and all 16 of my cookbooks and found nothing. I have found tons of recipes for Baked Beans but none for Pork and beans. I loath sweet baked beans....

1 quart dried navy beans and add chopped salt....

I am making this recipe for my daughter's grad party in 2 weeks.
I have ~12 pounds of pork shoulder/roast and loin. I have 6 separate pieces with the largest hunk being 4.5 pounds. The others are 1.5-2.5 pound pieces.
I will be putting them all together...

My concern is that if you cook it all in another dish/container to keep, while you finish cooking the larger pieces.
I would call a local butcher shop.

Try shake and bake.

Porkyou cook them too too long.
When you use the thin chops, it only takes 15 minutes to cook them.

Hey Guys/Gals.
Got 2 slabs of pork belly 500g's each last night.
Was thinking of doing a roast in my fan forced oven, never cooked with pork belly before but reasonably handy in the kitchen.
Want to do a basic one this time then play around with it next...
