It is very similar in texture and color but it tastes much I sqeeze all the meat with my fingers before cooking; you'll be able to feel any pellets and push above, cook like chicken but not ....
Cook your pheasant like you do chicken.

Cooking the oils enough is, like I mentioned to get the long cooking part over and done with....
Cooking the oils together doesn't make them homogenize what you need to make a finished batch of lube.
Of the beeswax without leaking out.

I want to make some pizza puffs and recipe calls for whole milk. I have skim and I have heavy cream. Could I do half of each of those?
I normally would just use the skim, but I'm worried they won't puff as much.

Can any one tell me why roasting bags are called roasting bags,they don't roast your food. Also why do people say roasted turkey when they cooked it with a lid and a lot of water,(braising). Learning cooking terms,so any help welcomed.
