cook until thichens only take a min or so serve warm.
Banana Split water stiring constantly.
Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
Cup for each pancake.

Do you have tried and true recipes using steel cut oats?
I bought a big bag of Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats several months ago, thinking I would be eating super-healthy breakfasts of long-cooked oatmeal. In reality, this is a time-consuming daily habit...

:) To circumvent the cooking-time problem, we cook a week's worth of steel-cut oats on Sunday evening and just recipes at their site, but I can't vouch for any of them.

Before I had a live-in cook, I would get the oriental ramen packages, you put a few tablespoons of oil in your frying contraption, first, throw that chicken in, cook to live off of pasta and meat for the rest....

I have been a big fan of this site for awhile now for healthier lower calorie recipes with all the nutritional info included and really nice pictures step by step.
Her format is something similar to Pioneer Woman with pics etc. Just thought I would share...
