Hi everyone,
We recently cooked a whole turkey and used the carcass and bits of celery, carrots
so freaking long.
Before i attempt this again, i'm polling cooks i know about their techniques
, let's say an aspic or a cooking contest or other high-falutin' thang, yeah I might work extra hard

All the recipes I've found call for feta--none of the middle eastern bakeries in our neighborhood
