I love tofu. DH turns up his nose at it. Can anyone help me convince him otherwise?
(Also, I tend to love dishes with tofu when I order them at restaurants, etc., but have not managed to cook one I like at home. Of course, I've only tried once or twice...

My vegetarian daughter wants to try Tofu. Does anyone actually eat this stuff and what do you do with it ? There are probably many recipes on the internet but I was rather hoping to get some ideas from anyone who uses it

BUt if you have to serve it- Simplest recipe.
Tofu is tasteless.

Someone found an old hemp tofu recipe I came up with and modified it to make it much less crumbly and firmer. Check it out if you want to reduce your soy intake -

And sprinkle the taco seasoning on the tofu while it is cooking, and make a tofu taco.

I've just started toward adding more whole foods and cutting meat and dairy. I tried soy milk and find I like it on my cereal. I've never really been one to down a glass of milk anyway.
So that has me considering tofu. But I'll admit I'm a little confused...
