When your thermometer says the turkey is up to temp, carefully....
I use a turkey baster to squeeze the buttery goodness all over the bird.
Put your turkey on top of the foil balls - I use that.
With those pop-up sanitizer wipes afterwards.

I always thought Turkey Bacon was so much better "point-wise" than regular bacon...but, now I am not sure!?!?!

Center cut bacon is actually less pointy for 3 slices and tastes way better .
It is the same amount of points as turkeyTurkey bacon tastes and smells like dog treats to me .
But if I am cooking it myself, I use low sodium regular bacon.
