Bring to a boil.

2 cup buttermilk
8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
Instructions

TARTS
Prepared Or Raspberry Frosting , add 1/4 cup seedless strawberry or raspberry jam to the basic frosting recipe of noodles you use.
Recipe can be simply double or triple as needed.
