I have an instructional book, written in the mid-80s in German. I
have translated it a bit, and am working on more translation. It's
out of print, I can't even find a used copy in German online, though
German sites may have it, I don't know. So anyway...

Read about the Berne treaty or EU copyright conventions on
wikipedia, but nothing you'll read similar ground without infringing copyright.
