I have seen the term "Corp-to-corp" used in various contracting ads. I am guessing that this means that I have a corporation and it, as an enitity, is billing the client instead of me as an individual and the corp then pays me. Is that correct?

This is my first time working with regular expressions and I've been trying to get a regular expression working that would match the following:
apple apple inc. apple co. apple corp. but would not match:
inc. apple co. apple apple co. inc. apple corp....

You're almost there:

Note that if you want your regexp to be case (?i) to the pattern.

If I am offered a job on a Corp to Corp contract, but I don't own a Corporation. Can I be represented by a third party company as my legal employer while the Corp to Corp contract lasts or a W2 contract would be a must?

However, you can contract will normally be reported on IRS Form 1099 MISC .
Company cannot act as your legal employer in a Corp to Corp contract.
