If "yes", do they have to set up a partnership that is a separate entity from both the individual and the corporation?

I plan on starting a simple micro ISV selling some dot.net and classic ASP components. I'm talking $50 components here, not anything major.

Some other threads have brought up corporation tax rates and this got me thinking were do we (the UK gov. anyway) make more of its income from, corp tax or employee tax.
If we dropped corp tax and/or employee NI rate by say 1% and we got say a 1% increase...

We just dropped corporation tax from 26% to 24% that was a 7% decrease and it will go down to 22 to the eurozone issues.
