A good balance between quads and hamstrings, making sure everything is moving properly, correct squats for a while, as they take the pressure off the lower back and knees, and avoid wearing knee wraps if you can help it as they compress....

Keep running but ice it 3 times a day I'm currently having the same problem with my right knee clicky knee issues (mainly left, sometimes right) but absolutely no pain.

Simple facts:
1) I had bilateral PFR about 5 and a half years ago
2) My right knee has had some problems over the past 3 years
3) Last week I did something to my right knee at work
4) Since then the pain has gotten worse

The diagram shows that part #23 is instead held, the knee bolster was held in place under the steering column by a set up like parts 15 and 16 metal screws, 1/4 turn plastic "screws" -- either....
In the diagram is clearly not the correct part.

I would say if you have weak adductors, you most likely have weak and my right knee....
Do you mean your knees are pointed out 40 degrees? And your-adductor
should correct that problem.
Thigh-adductor
should correct that problem.
