Thanks a new prescription today Prior to surgery I wasn't in a lot pain, mostly just when I changed positions the ORIF surgery than they suffered....
Especially if you had ORIF surgery.

Replacements seems to have gone - it's just the extended surgery to get there as damaged loads of the knee, there are few Docs who dare go near my knee! I understand what you mean about your Surgeon's bedside manner and speaking ....

The only one that worries me is the run, since I've had knee cartilage surgery years ago, and I don't run much, but I've been doing a bit more, and feel OK, so.
Mostly in weight training/bodybuilding.
