I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question... But, has anyone else purchased wigs from the Cosplay.com shop and had trouble getting a hold of their customer service? Or, what was your experience with the Cosplay.com shop? Good? Bad?

I did finally receive my wig after PMing the Cosplay.com Admin several times" and changed it to "cosplay.com ....
I have seen many people commenting on how Cosplay.com to recieve my wig.
I agree with the above poster.

Sent Straight to Store Instead of to Cosplay.com? I went to 'cosplay.com' and it sent me to the shop instead of to the site. I went to the forums and the same thing happened. Is the main site down or is it a problem I'm having?

Please only answer if you, yourself have bought from the store . If you have a friend that you know bought from them, but they don't visit...

No reply.
When they dumped their custom wig line ago, I contacted cosplay.com and asked them about it.
They changed to Cosplay.com Shop, they haven't been the same.

I can say that I will NEVER be purchasing from this site again. I placed an order almost a month ago for the Monica wig in dark brown, and I chose standard shipping (4-7 days.) They charged my debit card, but never sent my purchase. For the past two weeks...
