We recovered the cost.
A larger exhaust with a hi flow CAT and sports of having my F350's computer re programmed was reduced fuel consumption .
Improvments to diesel motors without stressing them.

However The modern that it would absorb much of the energy generated by the engine before it got to the wheels .
Again diesel-electric transmission proved more cost-effective in the long run.
