How Would I Fry Hill Country Fare's Cornbread? My stove is broken, and I have a couple of packages of Hill Country Fare's cornbread, and I was wondering if anyone had a simple and basic recipe on how to fry the cornbread. Thank you!

You can also pour the batter into the skillet and fry over medium heat and give it a flip or invert it onto a plate and then put it back... .
Oil on a cast iron skillet or griddle and make corn cakes, just like you would pancakes .

Don't forget to stop at Love Creek Orchard....
There is good riding everywhere in the hills but most folks think this is the best of the best.
From Medina you can take the prettiest sister 337 to Leakey to meet the other two gals .
Take 16 to Medina.
