No-one is ever in court for no TV Licence withoutyou can not be jailed for having no TV licence however you can be jailed for not paying the fine 3 court summons before.....
Are perfectly entitled to just ask him/her to leave.
Is it contempt of court to burst out laughing in the court room? okkkk, i've been in the magistrates court twice as the defendant and they're alwayss soo old and serious, i find it difficult to like keep a straight face and i fear i will burst out laughing...
