27 mm socket fits the cover with a steel wheel I would just break the stud Its not a locknut with the cover on it is it ? no wish.
Possibly spin ? the socket is a really tight fit over the covers.

Hey,
I have firmed up my reason for not winning at Coleridge last weekend. At first I told several people my clutch was dragging and then I told some people it was slipping. Well, which was it? It turned out to be both.

I think we've discussed this quit a few times ! That's why I have about 5 or 6 junk motors under the bench , and don't even say well it's a BSA and there aren't that many around .
