I have heard of this problem on some early model 04s and 05s, but not on an 08 .

This is on the hip bolster of a 10 Mazda 6.

I've ripped apart and replaced half the truck trying to get it perfect the way I like it but the interior will always remain untouched and perfect thanks to some bad.

My wife has a 2008 Honda Civic with no leather but the interior was very nice.
I too am very impressed with the Jeeps interior build quality.
