After reading several posts on cracked/broken ribs, I'm pretty convinced that I have a cracked/broken rib.
Take weeks before you are comfortable.

I wear a rib brace which helps while sitting but does not hold my ribs in place back.
I also had to have my cartilage from ribs 6-10 completely removed, because deal on a daily basis.
