Has anyone taken any home enrichment classes? If so what kind, and was it helpful?

I do want to learn....
I want to learn to sew I've started teaching for example).
I don't need the other classes--I can do all of that on my own .
I've taken a sewing class.
The cooking class sounds fun as a extra hobby.
