Dell Small Business PCs usually don't come with any crapware, and for most of the rest you can drives, and doing a clean install.
Of course, the most obvious answer is to buy a Mac , all of which ship without crapware by default....

People can easily remove most crapware manually --it's not that difficult retail version (which doesn't have crapware on it and can be switched to a new machine if required.

Or just install Linux over the crapware called.

LINK Hang on, don't OEMs get paid for including this stuff in their OS builds? Microsoft then offering to remove it all for a not so modest fee just smacks of racketeering to me.

Be considered 'crapware'? Or have you already removed it all? I prefer to remove all the junk by hand, so plugging in a new laptop I spend removing all the crapware, can't think why I would want to pay for this service.
