Hi, I've just joined this forum, for obvious reasons...the attack of the migraines! I'm battling one right now & this is the 3rd day. I am going to get myself to the doctors this week & get some prescription medication for them, as taking a combination...

I find that ibuprofen Ibuprofen overdose should because they work awesome, WAY better than panadol or ibuprofen! :)

Recurring clogged ducts I have a 14 week old and have had issues with recurring clogged ducts. I've done everything the books and online sites suggest doing to avoid them but it wasn't helping. I was lucky to go 24 hours without one for the first 10 weeks...

I love the nipple shields!! I could continue to breastfeed once my nipples healed, I tried him on the nipple again without the shield and now it is great expressing.

Usually I have to go to the doctor and get fail .
Apply the cream overnight.
Lotion doesn't help.
Applying a "cream" sometimes does, a very thick cream.
Prescription cortizone doesn't help.
Pretty major stress.
