I am running a fairly old Sound Blaster PCI 128 program in Windows XP Pro. I
have to admit that it does have a wonderful WAV file Editor, that makes it

I would also update your directx drivers too, as they seem to be old as well .

Your ATI drivers are at 6.14 when 10.2 are the current ones, so update them.. .
