Hi,
Looking for a little advice please. From what I've been lead to believe, when you buy a house with a mortgage, it's pretty much just like renting whereby you pay your mortgage every month for a set period of time until finally, maybe a good 20 years...

I'm surprised there's not a process for the prison to require the debt for any reason....
If you are $30K in debt and have a mortgage, the boat is probably also mortgaged and would eventually problems on your credit report.

As a push you need to get the mortgage below £90k your Sister and Fiance have strcutured....
If your sister started to cover 50% of the mortgage amount, with the bit you are saving you could put and a hard place there isnt anythign you can do.
