I would see why you wouldn't be able to purchase and iPhone that way; although I would call the company you are looking to purchase an iPhone from and ask them if they will accept payment from gift cards. .

The answer is simple : Can you withdraw the money earned from paying sites to a Paypal or AlertPay account that doesn't have verified or even linked a credit card ??
