Is this passive still working after the nerf? How many crit chance and AS should I have so that the critical mass can proc as often as possible? so what type of gear should i choose?(only crit chance and +AS) and what build should i use? Thanks.

I currently play this, ticked at least 3-4 critical hits and watched my cooldowns barely even go down.
There is currently no noticeable limitation to the Critical Mass passive.
