If you can knit, you can crochet no problem.
Knitting is WAY HARDER than crocheting...

My wife has picked up a hobby of knitting with a loom.
She's purchased several looms (Round, rectangle, flat)
and several sizes. It's obvious she enjoys it because it
has begun to take away from "Our" time.
I can tolerate this hobby because it's not that...

I taught myself to crochet about on the needle like....
Knitting: can be slower, there are only a few basic stitches knitting easier, but I think that's just because I learned it first.
It easier to undo crochet when i mess up.

Hi to all myf riends,
thel eft over pound of love granny squae is comming along great. there was more yarn in those 2 small balls and 2 bigger balls then I thought.the b/b will still be a small one. maybe about 24 inches or so.
i'm finding some tinyner...

Going to take it Thursday to our crochet group and see what everyone and it was beautiful.
I think it looks really nice.
In my Knit Wits gp does beautiful crochet and she made the Linus b/blanket you mentioned.

We took old flannel.
That is super bulky! In 4-H crochet class I did a big rag rug as one of my projects.
