Inflammation is caused by food intolerance as well and i hear of so many people who change there diet and feel a million... .
(im undiagnosed, so i wont be able to help) but i know certain foods do trigger me it isn't with Crohns..

Back in 2010 when I was 25 my crohns escalated to constant pain, diarrhea, vomiting and dropping down to 90 lbs.
