Exactly how crooked I am in what direction!
If you aren't straight while doing it, riding with stirrups tells you if you're crooked plus helps you stretch as needed.

Car sits crooked

Just do corrections to your horizon & verticals in post with a the Perspective Crop, then take the shot, then immediately... .
Unless you're using a tripod and spirit level (and are level), they'll be crooked as well.
Photos are usually crooked.

Well Ive been lookin for a first gen 4runner for quite some time, and I finally found one i liked with no frame rust and a freshly rebuilt 22re. the ONLY thing wrong with this truck is that the farthest back pulley on the harmonic balancer is crooked....

Id say, at the very least...
WOW!! I got no idea how that could happen, but it dont look good! I'd pull them off to make sure the pulley's are the problem, and not the crank .

Don't know what the situation would be with voided warranty if you... .
It's probably really easily fixable but if it were me (cos I'm useless with electronics) I'd take it back to the store and get them to fix it or give you a fully-functioning replacement .
