I have used Adventure Works as a base for names, address etc, ... .
Mostly I have created my own scripts for growing test data .
There is no automatic way to "grow data" in SQL .
To increase the size of your data you need to write custom scripts to copy it .

It may be that there is no UI.
It may be that you are only rendering the cube.
Of a physical cube (all cube moves are essentially rotations of a single face) would have for whatever application you are writing.

When I process a cube in Visual Studio 2005 I get following message:
Process succeeded. Trace information is still being transferred. If you do not want to wait for all of the information to arrive press Stop.

Are you dealing with a very large quantity of data or a very complex cube? Maybe this is a silly question, but have you tried waiting....
I get the same message when I process a cube, but if I wait for a few seconds the trace information arrives.
